The business improved. The website did not.

Services evolve, experience grows and the quality of customers changes. Meanwhile, the website continues describing the firm as it was several years ago. The embarrassment comes from the gap.

Do not hide it with decoration

A new colour palette will not repair unclear positioning, generic copy or absent evidence. First decide what the business should now be known for, which customers it most wants and what proof supports that claim.

Make the standard visible

Show recent work, specific expertise, direct answers, credible reviews and the way the company actually operates. A strong website does not invent authority. It reveals authority that the business has already earned.

The objective is quiet confidence

You should be able to share the address without a preamble. The visitor should understand the business without effort. That is more valuable than a website designed mainly to win compliments from other designers.
